Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. Lake Manyara covers 330 sq km, with the lake itself occupying up to 200 sq km during high water levels. It is an excellent location for birdwatching and home to diverse wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalos, baboons, and possibly the famous tree-climbing lions. At the hippo pool, you will have a chance to stretch your legs and observe the hippos.
